Before you apply, please review?the requirements. Program Participation Requirements:? 1. Commitment to Time and Attendance: Mentors and mentees are required to commit to regular meetings (at least once a month) in addition to monthly group check-ins.? 2. Goal setting: Both mentors and mentees may need to set specific, measurable goals for the mentorship period. This helps keep the mentorship focused and ensures progress. 3. Engagement in orientation and group check-Ins: Participants are expected to attend an open-house orientation to learn about program expectations and timeline as well as monthly check-ins to ensure ongoing engagement, provide updates on their progress, and receive any necessary support or guidance from program coordinators. 4. Evaluation and Feedback: Participants will be asked to provide feedback through evaluations or surveys to measure the program's impact and improve future sessions. 5. Confidentiality Agreement: To create a safe, trusting environment, participants will need to agree to keep shared information private, especially if sensitive topics related to career challenges and personal growth are discussed. NLCUP was founded in 2020 by a visionary group of dedicated credit union leaders with a shared dream of fostering financial inclusion. Their mission was to ensure that lending opportunities were accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they held a Social Security number. This past week, one of NLCUP’s long-standing aspirations became a reality with the successful launch of the inaugural ITIN Lending Best Practices Workshop.
