Repair kits for Morin, Biffi, and Tyco actuators B, C, S, or M models? Yeah - we do that also ?? get the right components without sacrificing quality or delivery. Done right the first time ????

The seal kit room is gearing up for war I guess! ?? we have a whole bunch of kits being prepped for orders. We are not OEM. We are an aftermarket alternative to long wait times and red tape. Our goal is to provide a kit utilizing components made to the common industry standards such as AS568 for O rings, etc etc. the quality of our seal kits are of no question. We have the main temp trims available, we keep kits for both current and obsolete models, and we not only keep them for the Bettis Actuators but for Morin and Automax actuators as well. In the future we are moving towards keeping a line up for the ALGAs. Job done right the first time ???? https://lnkd.in/gbEfNQiJ

This was an interesting project! We provided a power module for a customer. They came back and asked us to install it. We obliged. Next we were asked to tube it all up using all the customer’s materials and fitting - no problem. Ran into an issue with the solenoid valve not functioning. Customer provided two others that were also not working. End result they will be providing another and we will perform the installation and testing. Cool ordeal though! This is a 16”600# butterfly valve.

Fun fun fun. G4016-SR customer wanted some actuator modifications done to. Customer requested converted to double acting and then to change port sizes from standard 3/4” NPTF to 1-1/4”NPTF. No issue for our shop ????. Customer did not want us to remanufacture this module because although it looks older it has hardly been used - customer request. We provided a double acting end cap for this and also completely cleaned and regreased all internals as a bit of a “tune-up”. Actuator operates smooth as butter, zero leaks. We also noticed that the bracket was in the way of being able to service the actuator without removing it, so we modified the bracket so that it is easily serviceable in the future!! Job done right the first time ????

Some cool projects last week. G series 4004.0 HIgh Temp Power Modules and a Bettis HD732-DA being rebuilt. Rebuild kits came from inventory, cylinders were made in house by our team, and bushings for the HD732 came from inventory. Even though we are a smaller shop we are constantly trying to grow without compromising quality or customer service. Eventually we will have all parts in stock all the time. Very appreciative of our customers that we have built a great relationship with and continue to trust in our capabilities to provide quality work. ????
