Assemblyman Bill Moen was on hand for yesterday’s dedication of the I-295 and Route 42 interchange in the name of Ensign John R. Elliott, the Naval Academy graduate whose life was cut short by a drunk driver and the inspiration for the HERO Campaign. This sign will remind us not only of John’s life and of legacy, but serve as a lasting reminder to make responsible choices behind the wheel.

Today the Select Committee on Ballot Design is hearing public testimony. This hearing is one of several meetings to hear public comment. The next one will be held on November 12, at NJIT.
