Very exciting news for our legacy operating business, Nix Industrial and for Huncilman. Welcome to the NIX family of companies!
What a special morning it has been for our company as we announced? a “first of its kind”merger/acquistion with Huncilman Sheet Metal Fabrication, another fifth generation family-owned business. NIX has acquired controlling interest in partnership with the Huncilman’s 5th generation leader. As we held a press conference to share this significant milestone, we heard valuable remarks from our business leaders, Matthew Nix (President & 5th Generation, Nix Industrial), Gordon Huncilman (4th Generation Owner), Parker Huncilman (5th Generation & NIX Partner). We also heard from special guest speakers including Congresswoman Erin Houchin, Senator Mark Messmer, Secretary of State Diego Morales, Representative Edward Clere as well as a statement from the U.S. Senator Mike Braun.
