Fabricated and welded 374 units across seven configurations for the automotive industry! Each assembly included two beams, one with machined holes. We utilized a collaborative robot to assist with fabrication and welding, then finished the cover plates with a two-color coating system.

Our field coatings team recently completed a critical repair project of an acid pit dike. The area around the drain had been experiencing issues with failing coatings, so we provided surface cleaning, repaired the drain area, and applied a high-performance, chemical-resistant coating designed to protect against the harsh conditions of the acid pit environment ? #industrialcoatings #WorkThatMatters
