I Went Behind the Scenes at Nivia Sports : A Factory of Innovation! I had the incredible opportunity to visit Nivia’s factory in India, and I’m still amazed by what I witnessed! Every day, Nivia manufactures an impressive 20,000 products, and seeing it all come to life firsthand was an eye-opening experience. The factory was alive with activity – from the meticulous stitching of shoes to the vibrant colors of sports balls, and the precise assembly of bags and shin guards. It’s clear that Nivia’s dedication to quality runs through every step of the process. What really stood out to me was the perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology that drives their production. This combination is what makes Nivia such a strong player in the Indian market and beyond. I also had the privilege of meeting Dhruv Kharabanda the great-grandson of Nivia's founder, N. Chand Kharabanda. It was inspiring to see how the legacy of innovation and quality continues through the generations. His vision for the future of Nivia shows that the company is not just maintaining its heritage but evolving it for the next generation of athletes and sports enthusiasts.
