On our latest Richmond, VA Self- Storage build, our team kicked things off with a traditional coconut breaking ceremony — a symbolic gesture of good fortune and success for the journey ahead, as well as safety of the team involved. We're excited to see this project come to life and are looking forward to seeing this building come up out of the ground. A big thank you to everyone involved in getting us to this point, and NitNeil Partners, who have been great to work with. NitNeil Partners is expanding into the Big Easy! We have acquired a new self-storage facility located at 2250 Earhart Boulevard - just across the expressway from the Superdome in Downtown New Orleans. CubeSmart will be our operating partner under the guidance of Guy Middlebrooks and his team. This facility will serve residents and businesses from the Garden District, Central City and the Warehouse District. Excited to announce our latest self-storage project located at 13315 Citrus Park Lane in the Citrus Park neighborhood of Tampa Bay.?This project is a joint venture with Alliant Partners Development.?Plans include a four-story, 103,000 square-foot facility featuring 723 climate-controlled units.?Groundbreaking is scheduled for August with a completion date in Summer 2025.
