Matt Grossmann's research indicates that the 2024 election has solidified the “diploma divide” – a trend in party allegiance that closely aligns with education level. According to his analysis, as non-college voters feel increasingly alienated and misaligned with educational institutions, they’re using their vote to support candidates who are wary of scientific and academic institutions and the information they circulate.
