Good idea for food preservation and safety in developing countries.
Who provides small and mid-scale cooling solutions for farmers in low and middle-income countries (LMICs)? Typical examples of those would be walk-in cold rooms or fridges. Well, here is a completely incomplete - but maybe useful - list of the ones I know so far. I indicated the country where these companies are headquartered, but many are active in several other countries. The list is biased toward sub-Saharan Africa and India, as we have been mostly active there so far. I also listed other organizations that do nice work for smallholder farmers in this field.
