Our team — with just a few folks missing, and the roasters joining via FaceTime and photoshop ?? — got together to celebrate the holiday season and kick off the new year! ?? This week was our first week ever operating 5 shops and the Roastery all at once. ???? But the work to make that happen behind the scenes has been going on for months. The teams have been prepping, training, sharing inventory and ideas, building furniture, covering shifts, delivering coffee, poppin’ up, hanging artwork, roasting like crazy, visiting each other, cheering each shop on, and generally being joyful and amazing! ?? We have so much to be grateful for, and this year has already been a huge reminder that we can’t take anything for granted. ????
