A big competitor came by to ask how we innovate new products. (They seemed desperate and very curious) They are a legacy, millions of $ worth and multi generational. I smiled and said - “we innovate with heart and demand” - I really didn’t know what to say. Innovation is a natural and less forced approach for us. Real story - Bryan Taylor founder of Drawn , & Niramaya’s creative director and I went out for a fun Indian grocery store visit and came back with a host of snacks. Nostalgic to me and new to him. We tasted and sampled for a few hours and then let our brains do the creative stuff that we each do best. He was ready with mockups in less than 24 hours and I had a product roadmap ready to discuss, refine and execute. 12 months of hard work, not giving up and product guidance from the best folks in the industry our products became reality. Not to mention the 3 weeks of political news, tariffs and border delays right before our production date!! We made it happen. That’s it, we care, we learn, we listen and we execute. It’s simple! P&L follows. Our brand shines under the leadership that Bryan demonstrates. Lucky to have him on our team whipping up creative ideas that convert into delicious new products and outstanding branding. NIRAMAYA FOODS was the talk of the town at Natural Products Expo and I am very proud of our work! ????
