Announcing the NeurIPS 2024 Affinity Events! Read our blog for details about the affinity groups and the events they are organizing! The Affinity Events at NeurIPS this year will take place throughout the conference week and we encourage everyone to participate.

Amendment to our previous LinkedIn post: the deadline for authors to register for guaranteed registration at the conference is now November 15th. If you are an author on a NeurIPS 2024 conference or workshop paper, please register by November 15th to guarantee registration at the conference. Past November 15th, we will begin releasing registration spots to the lottery, and author registration will no longer be guaranteed.

NeurIPS 2024 invites attendees to take advantage of our Quiet Hangout Rooms this year. Recognizing that the conference venue is large, attendees may not always have time to travel between sessions without missing talks. Our Quiet Hangout Rooms are intended to give attendees a space to stream talks and participate virtually, from the conference venue itself. The invited talks will be streamed on a projector in real time, and attendees are invited to stream other sessions on their own devices. We ask that all attendees respect the quiet nature of these rooms, including using headphones and limiting conversations. Quiet Hangout Rooms will be scattered throughout the conference venue, and attendees can consult their map to identify them at the venue. #Vancouver
