Connecting Southeast Asia to a world of possibilities
关于我们
Ninja Van Group is a tech-enabled logistics organisation, backed by marquee investors including GeoPost, Alibaba Group, and B Capital Group. Launched in 2014 as an e-commerce express logistics company, it reached 100% network coverage by 2018 with over 2,000 stations and hubs across Southeast Asia. Today, around two million parcels course through its network daily. A decade of operations fortified Ninja Van Group’s e-commerce express network, enabling concurrent diversification across the realms of e-commerce and express logistics. To maximise its scale in e-commerce, Ninja Van Group offers a comprehensive suite of solutions – from digital to full-funnel marketing – to help shippers sell better. As a springboard for expansion beyond e-commerce, Ninja Van Group's e-commerce express network lays the groundwork for venturing into other express verticals, including business-to-business inventory restocking and cold chain.

Thank you, CNBC, for having Chang Wen on Access ASEAN earlier today. We’re grateful for the chance to share insights on our two growth engines — B2B and cold-chain logistics — during the 10-minute segment. Just as we did a decade ago with e-commerce, we're excited to bring the same elevated level of tech-enabled transformation to traditional logistics. Thanks for the chat, John Patrick (JP) Ong, Sri Jegarajah, Martin Soong.

We were invited to the launch of Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA)'s last-mile delivery solutions exhibition launched by National Development Minister Desmond Lee. The exhibition showcases ongoing efforts by the Government and industry to improve last-mile deliveries. We were especially interested in solutions that'll help our drivers ease their deliveries. 2 exhibits stood out for us:? ?? The addition of IMDA's 150 parcel lockers by Pick that will soon be installed in new estates, and ?? The courier hub scheme where courier companies can apply to use parking spaces at more than 50 multi-storey carparks to support delivery activities. We look forward to seeing how we can integrate these solutions into our delivery flow. #ninjavan #lastmile #logistics #deliveries #ecommerce

The latest Google, Temasek, Bain & Company 2024 Report shares that existing users are now the primary growth engine for e-commerce, accounting for 60-70% of 2024 growth. Ninja Van spotted this in 2023. We published the paper on "??-??????????????????????", a group of online shoppers who make up 15% of SEA's e-shopper population and are responsible for a whopping 45% of the total e-commerce purchases. Read on to find out how to reach this group of avid shoppers. ???? : https://lnkd.in/g2kjdzYQ ???? : https://lnkd.in/gNFxGUi6 ???? : https://lnkd.in/gWiGzmiT ???? : https://lnkd.in/gW-wGPRF ???? : https://lnkd.in/gKqkqBmv ???? : https://lnkd.in/ghN7MXRA #ninjavan #data #datastory #datastorytelling #datavisualisation #eshoppers #eshopaholics #logistics #sea #asean #ecommerce

Not everything needs to be broken before we address it.?In fact, waiting for something to become a problem before paying attention to it is far from ideal. If a solution is within reach — especially if it involves creatively repurposing what we already have — why not act on it now? That’s exactly how we view the B2B restocking and cold chain space. It’s also the perspective shared by Justina Sim, Country Head of Ninja Van Singapore, in her piece for The Peak Singapore. Thank you for the feature, Zat Astha!
I couldn’t think of a better month to talk about shipping & logistics than November. It is, after all, the month when the madness of Black Friday and the irresistible capitalistic allure of 11/11 gives you the kind of FOMO that makes even the most even-tempered buyer question all purchase logic. (Do you really need that wet-dry vacuum? WHO CARES? IT’S 20% OFF!) Yesterday, on Instagram, I took stock of my carted items on Shopee (there are 83). Thankfully, I’ve managed to reduce my 83 down to 15, which brings my total (if I were to check out everything) to $1,828 — an amount I’m confident can go down to $1,2xx during 11/11. The point I’m making here is that when it comes to online purchases, it truly is a privilege to live in a country where the only thing to worry about is price sensitivity, not whether your water filters and cat food will be delivered safely and on time. And if you’ve been on DeliveryTok as I have, you know this isn’t the norm, and it’s a privilege we don’t often question. It’s easy to forget the intricate, tech-driven web that makes it all possible — a web that’s as much about transparency as it is about getting that cart-to-doorstep speed. Still, should we expect transparency as a given? As demand spikes, so do expectations for accountability in shipping. For me, transparency means knowing exactly where my product is within the ecosystem, how long it’s in transit, and, most importantly, if it can reach me in time. And if transparency is necessary for us as consumers, imagine how much more crucial it is for retailers. In this commentary that kicks off The Peak Singapore’s November issue, Ninja Van’s newly minted country head, Justina Sim, explains how confidence and transparency can power B2B relationships so that brands can focus on growth instead of supply chain challenges. Have a read.
