At #IMTS2024 last month, our own Montez King hit the IMTS+ Main Stage to talk to attendees about the #STSMovement and how to execute #OnTheJobTraining where it matters most...on the floor. Don't let your training materials rot away anymore! https://lnkd.in/gGz6AKd3

We got nostalgic this #ManufacturingMonth and decided to take a look back to the first standard we developed vs. the way that standard looks now. It’s amazing how far we’ve come! Just like other technical skills, we've evolved from the generic (Machining Skills) to the specific (CNC 5-Axis Milling Operator). We also give our subject matter experts the ability to survey the standards any time to make sure they're always current.

It’s #MFGDay24! At NIMS, we believe manufacturing jobs aren’t just jobs. They are financially rewarding careers that give people the opportunity to create and make the future. It's why we work with organizations like SkillsUSA to give students the skills and resources they need to succeed in skilled trades careers. #CreatorsWanted #MFGDay24 #SkilledTrades

#IMTS2024 was incredible. We were energized by the students, educators, and industry leaders we met with throughout the show. A lot of teamwork went into all the good things that happened there. We’d like to thank a few people who helped us make it such a great experience. Thank you to Meaghan Ziemba for inviting us to be a part of the very first Manufacturing Ally Rally. It was truly a great experience, and we hope to participate in many more. Greg Jones, thank you for helping us find just the right spot in the Smartforce Student Summit, and for introducing us to Mary Cecile Neville and Ramia Lloyd, who invited us to be on the IMTS+ Main Stage. Telling the Smart Training Solutions - STS story to such a big audience was a tremendous (and appreciated) opportunity. We are also grateful to the AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology for all of their hard work producing IMTS time after time. The show is an awesome display of the best in manufacturing technology. We always see and learn something new. Lastly, thank you to Gorman Pompili Communications, LLC for all their support and effort. Your traditional IMTS Client/Media dinner was outstanding as usual.

The #STSMovement is moving! The buzz started at the official launch in July and started to grow as companies like Reata Engineering & Machine Works, Inc., Ketchie Inc, and Boston Centerless came onboard. Flash forward to #IMTS2024 where we had educators and companies of all kinds coming to our booth to hear about ?????? and #workforcedevelopment. We kicked off the movement by telling Reata's Story (https://lnkd.in/g939f2My). Then we told Reggie's Story (https://lnkd.in/gQfu65gB). Will your story be next? Keep the hashtag #STSMovement going! Hit us up in the comments below ?? if your company is ready to start its journey!
