    5 Ways for Solopreneurs to Use a CRM to Master Social Enablement Solopreneurs face a unique set of challenges that test their ability to?juggle multiple roles simultaneously. From sales and marketing to customer service, account management to accounting,?the solopreneur must manage it all, often with limited resources. Social Enablement is about building connection, networking, and the value of long-term relationships. Social Enablement requires a CRM designed for nurturing these relationships, not simply tracking dollars and deals. I was asked by Nimble to share some tips for Solopreneurs and SMBs on how to decide if they need a CRM and if so, how to choose the right one for their organization.
