APG is an ATL-based real estate photo | video studio owned and operated by Alex Arnett, an award-winning creative and former real estate analyst. Celebrating 13 years in business this year ??, APG came to Nimble. eager to strengthen its brand presentation across web and social platforms, from client acquisition to creative assets release. As many entrepreneurs can relate, surrendering billable time to keep up with DIY brand marketing tools is never a winsome labor. APG needed a system and a supporting right hand to establish the brand tools necessary to lead with confidence and speed when interacting with prospective clients along the pipeline journey. It was a pleasure to co- alongside Alex in rethinking his brand impression and portfolio impact through identity development, content strategy, and web redesign. Defining a Mainstay for Workday Retreat | Reintroducing The Hub @ BTC Owned by long-standing client, Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE), The Hub @BTC is a freestanding amenity building at the center of Bellevue Tech Center’s 42-acre master-planned workplace campus in the Northeast Bellevue neighborhood. A vintage amenity building with open-ended use, The Hub now serves as a daily respite and return place for engagement, renewal and refuel. Inspired by the interplay of nature and technology, the positive influence of the ‘outdoors in’ was explored through key moments and tangible expressions. ??
