I am excited to share that I recently had the privilege of hosting the inaugural Nigerian Professional Group Inc.(NPG) conference at Northeastern University. This event marked my first experience hosting a large gathering, and the positive feedback from attendees has been incredibly rewarding. One of the day’s highlights was an inspiring message from one of the speakers: “It is never too late to achieve your dreams and goals, no matter where you start. Every experience shapes your journey.” It was an honor to serve on the organizing committee, and I am particularly proud to have proposed the idea of incorporating a case study competition. This initiative was designed to challenge participants to think critically, solve complex problems, and articulate their ideas effectively - key skills for navigating today’s professional landscape.
