Emergency Repair Success! Last week, a customer reached out needing immediate support—their balancer assembly connection pin bore was damaged and required urgent repair. With weekend support available, our team jumped into action: ? Re-machined the balancer weight ? Installed a sleeve to restore the bore to the originally-designed specs ? Fitted it to the repaired pin ? Set front to back and left to right clearances on the balancer guides ? Reassembled the balancer assembly The damaged equipment arrived Saturday morning in Minster and was back on the truck by Monday afternoon—minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly! One Billion Parts..... and Counting! A Nidec Press & Automation high speed Kyori press has proven to be a workhorse for Marion Manufacturing Company, Inc. The Kyori ANEX 30II was installed in 2017 to produce small copper parts for coaxial cable connectors. Running a five-out die at an average of 500 strokes per minute, the press surpassed one billion parts earlier this year.
