Total Product Solutions? with Nicolet Plastics. -We offer both high-precision robotic tooling and molding -We work closely with you to improve product design, select plastics and materials, and reduce costs. -We ease your costs with a point-of-use program that includes inventory management and delivery services. -We provide short run injection molding and Quick Response Mold tooling that adapts to your budget and timeline. -We coordinate offshore tooling availability with overseas by managing, warranting and ensuring quality control. Over the past two years, we have worked closely with the Center for Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to both reduce lead times and improve response times throughout all facets of our business. Our efforts have allowed us the opportunity to provide smaller lot sizes at pricing that was previously applied only to long runs and high volumes. This improvement translates into lower inventories and improved cash flow. Originally established in 1986 in Mountain, Wisconsin, a small community located in the middle of the Nicolet National Forest. Nicolet serves its ever-growing customer base from a 41,000 square-foot production facility, and focuses on complex components and assemblies.

Cadence Emenheiser was recently recognized at the NEWMA 13th?annual Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnership Awards held at the Resch center in Green Bay 10/29/24.?Cadence’s family as well as members of the Leadership Team attended the event in support of her accomplishments.?Cadence was nominated as a 2024 All Star due to her willingness to step out of her comfort zone to learn new things and advance within Nicolet Plastics. ? Cadence has been a Nicolet Plastics Team Member since 2020 when she joined our team as a high school student.?She has challenged herself over the years learning new skills, taking on new roles, and even designing our very first team member recognition t-shirt which many of our team members proudly showcase!?We are proud of all that she has accomplished to date and look forward to seeing her career grow in manufacturing! ? Heat & Pressure - We invite you to take a look at our vibration welding process which uses rapid linear motion to create heat at the interface of the plastic parts to be joined. The plastic then solidifies under clamping pressure and forms a strong and permanent bond without the use of adhesives. Just one of the tools in our industrial kitchen! Fun fact: Vibration welders typically operate at frequencies between 100 and 240 Hz. This means the parts vibrate back and forth 100 to 240 times per second.
