Exciting progress at Aptakisic-Tripp CCSD 102! ?? Monday night, we celebrated the completion of Phase 1 renovations and the launch of Phase 2 at Aptakisic Junior High School! Phase 1 converted part of the District Office into modern science classrooms and connected it to the school. Phase 2 will involve the construction of a new gymnasium, new locker rooms, and renovations of old science classrooms. This portion of the project is expected to be completed in August 2025. #nicholasquality #schoolconstruction

Big news for Chicagoland hockey fans! We are starting construction on a brand-new ice arena in Rosemont. Set to open in August 2025, the building will be operated by the Nicholas Sportsplex team. Conveniently located across from the Allstate Arena, the facility will have two ice rinks, a restaurant and bar, and a physical therapy clinic. It will become the premiere training center for the Chicago Wolves and expand opportunities for youth hockey programs in the area. ? A new chapter is beginning for Joliet Public Schools District 86! Last week, we joined District 86 to kick off construction for new buildings at Hufford and Gompers junior high schools. These exciting new facilities, with amazing designs from GreenAssociates, will be built simultaneously next to the existing schools. They will open in time for the 2026-2027 school year and bring state-of-the-art learning spaces to the community. Once completed, the old buildings will be deconstructed, making room for parking lots and athletic fields for the new facilities. Welcome to the new Health Center at Community Consolidated School District 21! Located in the CCSD21 Community Service Center and Administrative Office, this facility will provide students and staff with onsite medical and mental health services, ensuring limited spread of illness and loss of instructional time. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with a district like CCSD21 as they aim to increase access to quality, affordable health care and expand mental health services for their community. Same place, new space! Last week Euclid Elementary School in River Trails School District 26 unveiled the newly renovated building to its community. The project renovations included the classrooms, restrooms, offices, and Learning Resource Center. Phase 2 of our roof and HVAC upgrades were also completed this summer. Welcome to Thomas Jefferson MIDDLE School! Over the summer, Thomas Jefferson Elementary in Community Consolidated School District 15 was transformed into a 6-8 middle school, featuring a revamped art room, new STEM labs and new teacher planning rooms. A new addition to the school includes a gymnasium, cafeteria, science labs, and student commons. Yesterday we celebrated the start of a new chapter for Wheaton Christian Grammar School at the groundbreaking for their exciting new addition! The 2-story project will include 15 new classrooms, multiple STEM spaces, an innovation hub and a spacious commons area. It's a particularly special project for the NA team members leading the project David Torres and Chris Wasko, whose families are part of the WCGS community. Consider it done, Arlington Heights School District 25! This week, we celebrated the ribbon cuttings at several AHSD25 schools, unveiling our completed projects to the community. We’re excited for students and staff to settle into new spaces today during the district’s first day of school!
