Happy New Year from Niche Industries! 2024 was the first full year of operation for Niche Industries and it was a busy one. We did some excellent work for some really great clients including the rebrand of Remcon Plastics, Inc., we came in 2nd place in the Makelab Layer Logic competition for our Plastica Stool, we launched a successful Kickstarter for the GT-1 Multitool and fulfilled it on-time within two months of the campaign’s completion (huge thanks to our partners Michael Davidson, Atúlo Products, and Cobalt Packaging, LLC for helping us pull that off), we launched a subsidiary called Niche Explore to develop our own-brand products (stay tuned for more on this soon), and we made some new friends along the way. All-in-all we’re very proud of what we have accomplished in such a short period of time and we are looking forward to an even more productive 2025. We have big plans and we hope to include some of you in them. If you need fast, high-quality product and brand design services drop us a line. We’d love to build something together with you in the new year. Many thanks again to everyone who supported us in 2024 and we hope you all have a Happy New Year! Derek and Aaron P.S. a very special shoutout to Sam Montague for the incredible product photography of the GT-1 and its accessories. You make us look good Sam!?

Over the past several month we have been working with James Connors and the wonderful folks at Remcon Plastics, Inc. to develop a new look and feel for the company. Remcon is a great company, with great employees, making great product, run by a great family. That's a lot of great. We aimed to capture that and share with the world how Remcon turns the ordinary into the extraordinary. Thank you to the Remcon team for trusting us with their brand and we look forward to what's next.
New Look, Same Mission! ?? Our logo’s new, but our values haven’t changed. As we continue our transition to the second generation of Connors family ownership, we wanted to reinforce our commitment to our core values and share our updated logo with you. Remcon is still here to 'turn the ordinary into the extraordinary'—now with a fresh look that reflects our dedication to delivering durable, innovative solutions for the people we serve. Thank you for being part of our journey as we embrace change and look toward a bright future together! #RemconPlastics #NewLogo #CoreValues #InnovativeDesign #FamilyBusiness #ManufacturingExcellence #Innovation #SecondGeneration #BrandEvolution #DurabilityMatters #MadeToLast #QualityAndIntegrity #PlasticSolutions #IndustryLeader #BrightFuture

With all of the excitement last week we almost forgot to take a moment and recognize a big milestone. September 15th marked our first year in business and what a busy year it’s been. We’ve worked with some great clients, ran a successful Kickstarter campaign, got production for our first product off the ground, came in 2nd place in the Makelab Layer Logic competition, and a whole bunch of other stuff. We couldn’t have done it without the support from our families, friends, clients, and partners like Mike Davidson and Atúlo Products We’re really looking forward to Year 2 so stay tuned!

Today marks a big milestone for Niche Industries. We are launching our first own-brand product on Kickstarter! This started as a way for us to be able to showcase our capabilities to clients and turned into something much more. This idea came about because we wanted a way to have tools on us when we travel and we like to travel light. Turns out there weren’t many stylish, compact, and functional options out there. So we got to work and here we are. This hasn’t just been a great experience for the two of us (Aaron Double and Derek Cascio) working together but it gave us the chance to develop outstanding partnerships and friendships with Michael Davidson as well as the team at Atúlo Products who are helping us to make our vision real. We also wanted to give a special shout out to Sam Montague whose photographic work and guidance over the years has helped the both of us get to where we are today. And of course our families for putting up with the long hours and crazy schedules that can come with this kind of work. All in all the first 10 months of business have been a whirlwind. We’ve worked with some great clients and more are on the way. We’re inventing, designing, and growing everyday and the future is bright. Thank you for your support so far and for any support you may show us in days to come. https://lnkd.in/g4Tt6CPT
