Yesterday a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for Attleboro’s new adult emergency shelter and permanent supportive housing! Thank you to Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll, Jim Hawkins, Paul Feeney, Chris Thompson, EOHLC, Susan Mazzarella, Steve DuPlessie - MA, BCMHC , Joyce Tavon, Roger Herzog, and the City of Attleboro for making this possible and providing hope and a path forward to those in need.

NeighborWorks Housing Solutions hires Doug Sulser as new Construction Manager! Doug Sulser's career has been defined by leadership and adaptability. Upon serving time as an Infantry Officer and leading troops in Afghanistan, he made a successful transition into the construction industry. His military background and ability to navigate complex situations equipped him with the skills needed to thrive as a project superintendent at Cranshaw Construction, where he has spent the past nine years overseeing intricate projects. A proud graduate of The Citadel, Doug approaches every challenge with energy and precision. Looking ahead, he aims to apply his expertise in construction management and team problem-solving to collaborate with NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, helping to build affordable housing and strengthen communities.?Doug lives?in Hopkinton MA with?his wife Tory and two?children Henry (7) and Hadleigh (6). When?he is not on a jobsite he enjoys saltwater fishing, golfing, skiing, coaching and making lasting memories with his family.

We were thrilled to bring the vibrant spirit of Brockton to life with the Summer Series Beer Garden at the Sycamore Sol Pavilion! Every Thursday and Saturday from June through September on Main Street Brockton Beer Company transformed the brewery parking lot into a lively, community-centric beer garden. All possible thanks to the generous support of Dedham Savings!

Brockton is more than doing its part to address the state’s housing crunch, while also helping address climate change by supporting hundreds of new commuter rail-accessible housing units." Construction is well underway at our Lincoln School redevelopment in Brockton. It’s wonderful seeing the building come back to life after sitting vacant for years. Currently, new windows are being installed, the fa?ade is being repointed, and the interior is being fit out, among other things.
