This month, we are proud to feature Warren Coore, Vice President of Operations at Newport Hospitality Group. Warren’s journey in hospitality began in 1985 as a houseman at Hampton Inn, where he developed a deep passion for hotel operations. Over the past 37 years, he has held leadership roles across both select-service and full-service hotels, including opening two flagship Hilton properties in New York City. For the past 18 years, Warren has been an integral part of Newport, earning recognition as General Manager of the Year in 2011 before advancing to Regional Director of Operations and now Vice President of Operations. Today, he leads a diverse portfolio of hotels along the East Coast, ensuring operational excellence and empowering teams to reach their full potential. “What motivates me is the challenge of each new day and the desire to see my team succeed,” says Warren. His leadership is guided by a simple yet powerful belief, “Success is not a coincidence. It requires hard work, perseverance, continuous learning, dedication, sacrifice, and most importantly, a passion for what you are doing.” With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the New York Institute of Technology, Warren continues to inspire with his dedication, leadership, and commitment to growth.
