We are excited to get started on our next project in Silverthorne, Colorado. Our team is partnering with Freeport Mining out of Phoenix to construct workforce housing for their employees that work at a nearby mine operation. Milender White is the master developer on the 4th Street Development and will represent Ownership on this project. This building has three stories of wood framing over a concrete parking garage. There are 47 units, but a total of 106 bedrooms. Cheers to a great new project!

We're proud to highlight one of our standout projects—the historical renovation of the 104-year-old Atrium Building in Lincoln, NE. Completed in partnership with Speedway Properties, this iconic landmark has been transformed into a modern, leasable office space while preserving its rich heritage.
