?? Project Update - Home2 Suites, Goodyear, AZ ?? Progress continues at the 4-story, 112-guestroom Home2 Suites by Hilton! Under slab plumbing and electrical have been completed, and the first slab pour is underway on the monolithic foundation. Utilities, including primary electrical, gas, and fire mains, are being finalized as the project gears up for steel installation and framing to begin soon. The team remains on track for a fall 2025 completion. ?? Project Update - Allora 168 ?? We’re nearing the finish line at Allora 168! This development includes 19 buildings with 184 units, made up of 11-plex and 9-plex buildings, plus a central clubhouse. Buildings 12 and 13 are the last to be completed. Building 12 is in its final punch list and cleaning phases, preparing for turnover. Meanwhile, Building 13 is finishing up paint, countertops, and flooring to stay on track for year-end completion. Stay tuned for more updates as we wrap up this project!
