?? Progress Update from the Home2 Suites Project in Goodyear, AZ! ??? We're excited to share a few photos from the ongoing construction of this 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton, featuring 112 guestrooms and a spacious outdoor pool. Slated for completion in Fall 2025, we’re making great strides as we prep the site for the next stages of construction. ?? Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far: ? Completed under-slab plumbing and electrical for the entire building. ? Prepped the area with fill material for the first slab pour. ? Designed the foundation as a monolithic slab system. ? Installed utilities, including primary electrical, gas, communications, domestic water, and fire mains. ?? Coming up next: ?? Setting the building steel. ?? Starting framing later this month.
