NFI CEO Sid Brown recently visited our Dallas facility to meet with our team members. It's inspiring to see the growth and development of employees like Nicole, who continue to drive our success forward.
I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole while visiting facilities in Dallas. She shared her story of how she started as a custodian in one of our facilities in 2018 and, through dedication and an eagerness to learn, grew into operational roles, most recently being promoted to a Supervisor position. Stories like Nicole’s are why we continue to invest in the development of our people. I look forward to seeing what she’ll accomplish next.
