The Neyer Properties team had a great time on our development outing last week! We spent the day traveling to our various local projects to take a look at the progress being made. We started our day with a tour of Montgomery Quarter and stopped for lunch at Bru Burger! Our employees previously visited MQ at the beginning of Phase I, so they finally got to revisit and see what progress has been made since then on the apartments, hotel, and retail & office buildings. After lunch, we visited our Torque Motor Suites development in Blue Ash, which recently broke ground! Here, everyone got to observe the ongoing site work and tour our recently completed model unit. Lastly, we got to head inside Cincinnati Public Radio’s new headquarters, which is located right next to our office. Our team was excited to finally see the interior progress of the building since we’ve been able to witness construction on the exterior. #CompanyOuting #CRE #Development #Cincinnati
