Commercial real estate brings challenges. We bring solutions. Neyer Management is the largest independent third-party manager of commercial real estate in the region. Covering Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia, we offer property owners a smooth ownership where their tenants and their facility receive the highest standard of care in order to maximize the current cash flow and long-term value of the real estate. Physical operations management, tenant relations, financial management and administrative services are all party of this service. We have deep experience in office, retail, industrial and medical facilities and we also have the depth of resources and flexibility needed to service special purpose facilities. We work with private investors, developers, special servicers, end users, institutional owners and others. Neyer understands the different requirements of each ownership type and we always tailor our approach to the needs of the owner as well as the needs of the property.

The results from this project were too good not to share: Ahead of a property competition, this complex wanted to refresh and upgrade the classic wrought-iron railings in the entryway and around the clubhouse. The crew cut and removed the corroded footers, custom fabricated new footers, anchored to the concrete and welded to the existing railing. We secured any loose railings and stitch welded any splitting metal. Finished by hitting the railings with a new coat of black finish!
