Nexys Therapeutics is an early clinical stage company in San Diego focused on tissue-targeting chemistry to solve mechanism-based tox. The targets we work on have strong disease relevance, but have not been developable due to on-target tox. We overcome the tox through tissue-specific drug distribution achieved by creative chemistry design. We have multiple programs in various stages of development focused in cancer, inflammation, and infectious diseases.
