?? Today is Launch Day! ?? The AMBLE is officially available to physical therapy clinics across the US. Witness the transformative power of the AMBLE in this side-by-side video, showcasing a patient's progress during one of our four successful clinical trials. See how, after just six weeks of training, she's leaving her old self in the dust! This is the remarkable therapeutic effect we've seen across our trials. Our clinical trials go beyond the 'on' switch. After 1-2 months of using the AMBLE, we measure real progress by testing patients with the AMBLE off, AND we check in 6 weeks later. The results? Lasting improvement for most patients. Want to learn more? Schedule a demo today: https://lnkd.in/et5TEeVR Or email us at [email protected] #AMBLE #neurorehab #NextStepRobotics

We provide the AMBLE, a clinically proven innovative robotic device, to more effectively treat foot drop.
关于我们
DITCH THE “CRUTCH” Working alongside Physical Therapists we help patients improve walking function with the goal of discarding their assistive devices. The Problem: Approximately 30% of the 800,000 new strokes in the United States result in foot drop. Globally, there are 17 million new strokes per year. Nearly half are left with persistent mobility deficits even after completion of all conventional therapy, which invariably involve ankle weakness; a crucial joint for walking and balance. The existing 125,000 rehabilitation centers cannot effectively treat foot drop with current methods and are left to prescribing rigid archaic braces to imobilize the ankle. Current Solutions: "Crutches" - Currently the treatment for foot drop is to immobilize and brace the ankle. This technology has not seen much change since King Tut used his crutches. A New Option: We are developing a low cost and portable ankle robot that will treat foot drop in a way not yet accomplished before. Real Results: 85% of participants in a small randomized study self discarded their ankle foot orthotics or reduced dependance of their assistive devices. Maggie Deng, CEO of Ginkgo Health, was inspired to create Ginkgo Active through her work with NextStep Robotics (NSR). As Maggie shared, "Prevention can be achieved by task-oriented exercise plans, but it must be started before patients have serious physical impairments." This insight, gained from her experience with NSR, led her to develop Ginkgo Active, making preventative exercise accessible to all. Our latest blog post dives deep into Ginkgo Active and its origins: https://lnkd.in/e2q4qRAe #AI #exercise #healthtech #GinkgoActive #prevention #NextStepRobotics

?? "Exercise is fertilizer for the brain." ?? This powerful statement from the latest Think Neuro Podcast episode highlights the critical link between physical activity and brain health. The episode dives into the science of how exercise increases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), essentially acting as a growth factor for the brain. Listen now to understand why this is crucial for healthy aging and how you can incorporate exercise into your routine for optimal cognitive function. https://lnkd.in/d3JmKzRY #BrainHealth #Exercise #HealthyAging #ThinkNeuroPodcast
