How do you do it with a broken heart? I'm still buzzing from our first (of many!) Next Level Leadership Vision Dinners at Celestine BK Sunday night. ? ?? As any host knows, I knew the night was a success because we hung onto the table after dessert cleared (thank you, dearest Celestine!!) It was special not despite, but because each of us brought something tender to the conversation. These days, showing up authentically almost always means showing up a little raw.
