Join us if you are a 1) college-level autistic adult or recent graduate getting ready to enter the workforce or 2) an established professional with at least 3-5 years solid work experience (all backgrounds and industries). Mariza works as a Direct Support Professional with autistic adults, in addition to going to school for elementary education. As a NEXT for AUTISM FELLOWS work-based scholarship recipient, Mariza works a minimum of 800 hours each year as a DSP. This innovative program helps bridge the DSP employment gap while also introducing this important work to the next generation of professionals.
