  • Next Conversation Consulting is excited to announce our partnership with Dr. Jessica H., and her ground-breaking research around invisible disabilities in the workplace. On average, you know 25 people with an invisible disability, and 73% of the workforce has an invisible disability (that they were willing to share). Our goal in this partnership is to help organizations create environments in which employees can bring their whole selves to work, where they don't have to mask, and where?they can ask for help. And the reality is that because employees aren't sharing what they need help with, organizations don't know where to start! That's where WIDE Insights comes in. It's a revolutionary culture assessment that gives organizations insights on where to start! Danielle Ralston (ND Outloud) is blazing the trail and is the first Approved Consultant to use WIDE Insights within organizations! How can you get involved and change the conversation? - If you are a consultant and would like to use this with clients, please send us an email so we can give you information during our next consultant training session. [email protected] - If you are an organization and you want to explore using WIDE Insights to create a more inclusive workforce, contact Danielle Ralston to learn more. #WIDEInsights #inclusivecultures #culture

  • Change is the only constant, and yet we often fight it. Mostly because our brains are wired to find stability and put things neatly into place. But, the thing we forget in those moments of re-wiring is that our brains are also amazingly great at adapting and changing to allow us to learn, remember, and respond to our environment. Join our CEO, Kristy Busija, at this year's conference as she unpacks how to lean into the resistance to reap the amazing benefits of change! #alltexasretreatandconference2025 #leanintochange #texascoachescoalition

MEET OUR BREAKOUT PRESENTERS! Breakout 1B: Lean into the Resistance of Change There is no change in comfort and there is no comfort in change. We all know that change is inevitable, yet we often meet it with resistance. This session explores the concept of "leaning into resistance" to change by understanding its roots and turning it into a catalyst for growth and innovation. Attendees will learn strategies to engage with resistance constructively, transforming obstacles into opportunities for greater insights and growth. By recognizing resistance as a powerful indicator of change, coaches are better positioned to help them navigate uncharted territories and work through limiting beliefs. • ?? Book Pre-Sales Launch Today! ?? I’m beyond excited to share that The 2nd Wind is now available for pre-order! Our CEO, Kristy Busija is featured in this amazing book! ?? Pre-order now: https://shorturl.at/0u7mb This project is so much bigger - her journey is just one chapter in this powerful book, filled with stories from an incredible group of women who have faced challenges, embraced resilience, and come out stronger. Here’s a sneak peek of her contribution: People always say that when one door closes, another one opens, but what they don’t tell you is— “It’s HELL in the hallway!” Through workplace bullying, layoffs, sabotage, and tough transitions, Kristy learned that even the hardest experiences can become fertile ground for growth. Her story, like the others in this book, is about treating people with humanity, unlocking purpose and passion, and navigating those hallway moments that define us. This book is a collection of strength, vulnerability, and wisdom from women who’ve been there and want to share what they’ve learned. We'd love your support during this launch—whether it’s sharing this post, ordering your copy, or telling a friend about this inspiring book, it all means the world to us! ?? CEO I Creating Cultures Where Employees Love to Work. Period.

This week, a friend directed me to a ChatGPT prompt, leading me to uncover a surprising revelation about my work with clients. While I perceived myself as a strategic guide aiding in clarity (making sense out of chaos), the prompt suggested I might actually serve as a change catalyst. By simplifying intricate issues and rendering them accessible, I unknowingly push individuals to confront hidden challenges, triggering transformative ripple effects. This transformation extends beyond mere problem-solving, turning clients into change agents, reshaping their environments, and yielding results beyond the ordinary. Further exploring this insight, I inquired how this perception arose. The response highlighted my knack for bringing order to chaos and offering clarity, which not only resolves issues but also instigates positive disruptions, fostering genuine transformation. By presenting a clear path, I naturally shift perspectives, paving the way for substantial changes. The recognition of my no-nonsense consulting style suggests a focus on impactful shifts rather than incremental adjustments. The lesson learned is profound - our impact often surpasses our own awareness. Embrace different perspectives to unveil the extent of your influence!

  • Culture is like a game of Jenga – intricate and interconnected. Each piece plays a crucial role and the removal of just one could determine the fate of the entire structure. We partner with organizations to create cultures where top talent loves to work, acknowledging that even the most amazing cultures have their falling pieces. The goal isn't to ignore the pieces or move them to the side. Embrace what you have, determine what you want to become, and lean into the change. And recognize that there is no comfort in change and there is no change in comfort. How can we apply this in a real-world context? Recently, we have been enhancing the leadership of a company through our signature programming, akin to adding pieces to a Jenga tower. During this process, two key themes emerged: 1. The organization historically struggles with providing or receiving feedback effectively. 2. The organization lacks the tools to engage in "conflict" conversations, whether constructive or otherwise. As the leaders implement new skills, they are facing typical resistance. How the surrounding environment reacts will determine how long the changes and new behaviors last. The Senior Leadership now faces a challenging decision. 1. Lean into the growth process, growing pains, and the uncomfortableness that comes with change or 2. Lean out and go back to the way things were If your company is looking to implement a leadership development initiative and you aim for long-lasting impact, consider examining the surrounding context and utilizing resources like ours to gain a comprehensive perspective on the program. #Culture #Teamwork #Interconnectedness

  • At the beginning of any professional coaching engagement, it’s crucial for the coach to set clear expectations about the client’s potential return on investment right from the get-go. By having an open conversation about goals and desired outcomes and how they’ll be measured up front, a coach can help their clients understand the value they’ll receive from coaching services. This proactive approach not only enhances client satisfaction by building trust and confidence, but also provides a framework for measuring success and positions the coach as a strategic partner invested in their clients’ success, paving the way for more impactful and rewarding engagements. Check out the expert tips below from members of Forbes Coaches Council to learn more about how to discuss clients’ ROI at the start of every client-coach relationship.
