NexCore Group is excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new state-of-the-art medical office building and surgery center in Katy, Texas. In partnership with?Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare, and a group of dedicated local physicians, this 24,000-square-foot facility will enhance healthcare access in the growing Katy community. Anchored by a 12,800-square-foot ambulatory surgery center, the building will also house tenants like Digestive Health Associates, an affiliate of GI Alliance, and Houston Colon, an affiliate of HCA Houston Healthcare. A heartfelt thank you to?Dr. Eric Haas?for his instrumental role in securing land and championing the vision for this project. We’re also grateful to our partners at Surgery Ventures, HCA Healthcare, and the local physician group for their collaboration, along with?Arch-Con? Today, NexCore Group honors our Veterans, including Senior Vice President of Design and Innovation Steve Christoff, Senior Finance Analyst Harrison GreenMaki, Experience Senior Living Senior HR Business Partner Jane Drury, MAOMD, and Experience Senior Living Controller Brett Jurgenson. ? We’re proud to share Steve’s story of service in the Air Force, where he went on deployment with the 934th Civil Engineer Squadron in Honduras as part of New Horizons 2004. Before Steve began #BuildingBetterOutcomes with NexCore Group, he and his squadron worked tirelessly to construct local schools and medical clinics, improve base camp facilities, and provide medical support to nearby villages. From fixing rain-damaged roads to setting up power, lighting, and essential amenities, Steve’s team made a lasting impact, building friendships with local children, sharing school supplies, and leaving behind a brighter future for the community. ?
