In partnership with?Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare, and a group of dedicated local physicians, this 24,000-square-foot facility will enhance healthcare access in the growing Katy community. Anchored by a 12,800-square-foot ambulatory surgery center, the building will also house tenants like Digestive Health Associates, an affiliate of GI Alliance, and Houston Colon, an affiliate of HCA Houston Healthcare. A heartfelt thank you to?Dr. Eric Haas?for his instrumental role in securing land and championing the vision for this project. We’re proud to share Steve’s story of service in the Air Force, where he went on deployment with the 934th Civil Engineer Squadron in Honduras as part of New Horizons 2004. Before Steve began #BuildingBetterOutcomes with NexCore Group, he and his squadron worked tirelessly to construct local schools and medical clinics, improve base camp facilities, and provide medical support to nearby villages. The MOB houses a range of medical specialties under one roof, aiming to streamline patient care and support the rapidly growing population in Wheat Ridge and surrounding areas. Construction at Experience Senior Living's The Reserve at Lone Tree is progressing steadily. The Assisted Living and Memory Care wings are fully drywalled, with cabinetry and flooring being installed, and interior framing set for completion by month-end. Independent Living drywall work is on track to finish in the next few weeks, with plans for a custom exterior mural beginning before year-end. The senior living community, opening in the Spring of 2025, recently celebrated its showroom opening with future residents and Lone Tree Mayor Marissa Harmon.
