One illustrative recent example is our employees who volunteered their time, providing valuable coaching and networking with New York City public high school students who participated in the annual Lazard New Visions for Public Schools Academy ??
This past week at the National Council for the Social Studies Conference, we launched our engagement in the Teaching with Primary Sources (TPS) consortium! It was great to meet with such a passionate group of educators and organizations dedicated to using primary sources in the classroom. This network is part of the Library of Congress's TPS program, a national initiative to promote the use of primary sources in education. New Visions for Public Schools recently teamed up with iCapital to host an incredible event for 69 high school students from Cambria Heights Academy, Frederick Douglass Academy II, and Frederick Douglass Academy VII. These future leaders got a taste of the world of finance and alternative investments, connecting with iCapital professionals to explore career pathways and the application of professional skills. The Lazard New Visions Academy, a partnership with New Visions for Public Schools, is a signature initiative of the Lazard Foundation that provides New York City public high school students the opportunity to gain vital knowledge, experience and relationships to set them on a path toward future professional career. Throughout the five-week summer program, Lazard colleagues across our Financial Advisory and Asset Management businesses volunteered their time and expertise. They engaged in career panels, development sessions, resume workshops, mock interviews, networking activities, and supported students in completing their final capstone projects. Hear directly from our volunteers about how this rewarding experience has not only impacted the students but also enriched their own lives and professional development.

Wrapped up an amazing few days at #NSTAFall24!
