We are a young, boutique advisory team passionate about seeing the world in facts and numbers and simplifying what is complicated for others. We know how difficult it is to put an idea into motion, build a credible business story and persuade banks, investors or other stakeholders to believe in it. Traditional advisory services can help but have limitations due to their standard and mass processes. We consult managers and founders with a new-age (that's why we call ourselves "newstream") advisory system where we give tremendous amount of time to understand the business and the industry as a whole and then providing specific and innovative financial advisory services. Using this approach, we are able to work with high-risk, early-stage projects, and also new ventures in large corporations: - we find the right buyers and investors for the companies, - we build and evaluate new business cases, - we evaluate acquisition targets and support acquisition processes, - we support greenfield investments with fundraising efforts. We help accelerate and expand your business, negotiate better with your banks and investors, and define clear financial goals to grow your organisation. We have worked with more than 50 startups, SME-s or large companies in various industries like Food&Beverage, Media, Manufacturing, Circular economy, Agriculture, IT, Hospitality. We are members of the OnetoOne Corporate Finance investment banking network, where we work with M&A professionals in 30 countries.

In this business, salespeople must have deep professional knowledge to successfully convince clients, supported by a personalized discount system tailored to specific buyers. Given the complexity of the sector, it was clear that addressing profitability required a deep dive into the sales process, incentive system and organizational culture. ?? Our focus included: ?     Looking Back at 2024 – Grateful, Excited, and Ready for What’s Next ??" As the year comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on everything that’s happened in 2024. It’s been a year of #growth ??, #challenges ??, and exciting opportunities ??—and I’m incredibly grateful for the journey so far. One of the most fulfilling parts of this year has been working with young, talented professionals. Their energy, creativity, and fresh perspectives bring so much value to our work. I’m especially proud that some of them, Aron Gebe and Mate Balinth have gone on to start their own businesses ??—something I fully support (except, of course, when it’s a competitive activity ??). In M&A, a field I ventured into less than two years ago, I’m thrilled with how far we’ve come. It’s a long-shot business ??, but with two transactions set to close in January and three new sell-side mandates of tech-oriented and innovative businesses, I feel like we’re building a meaningful and exciting deal flow targeting international buyers, a goal I set out during my MBA with INSEAD. Another highlight has been our efforts in bridging India and Europe. What started as a #boldidea ? is already yielding results, with serious buy-side opportunities from Indian clients. It’s proof that #persistence pays off. Our #interimCFO services have also been a rewarding part of 2024. Supporting six amazing clients, including The Deep Creative Collective , Buzzeasy , Aliz , and Agroker Holding Zrt. , has been an incredible journey. Helping these companies navigate challenges and grow has been deeply fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing this work in 2025. Of course, none of this would be possible without the incredible partnerships we’ve built ??. A special thank you to the partners of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance - who taught us a lot about cross-border M&A, IFUA Horváth —our trusted partner for five years ??—and Invescom Corporate Finance for their collaboration and support. We are excited to announce that our client, Extend Beauty, has acquired the fragrance branch of Maison Korloff, a French fine jewellery firm. ??Established in 1992, Extend Beauty is a French family-owned company that develops fragrances reflecting the DNA of each brand, conveying the embodiment of elegance and the expression of the French cultural heritage of beauty and excellence. It controls the entire development process and distributes its products worldwide. Extend Beauty is proud to have successfully established, for nearly 30 years, the brand Princesse Marina de Bourbon, whose fragrances are now sold in more than 70 countries. It has also just launched the first fragrances of the French brand Le Coq Sportif. ??Founded in 1978, KORLOFF became renowned for its legendary 88-carat black diamond and was inducted into the prestigious Comité Vend?me in 1993. With 30 boutiques across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the brand is celebrated for its exquisite jewellery, where creativity meets tradition, capturing the brilliance and mystique of diamonds. ETNAGA (BOL – Bilheteira Online) is one of the main ticketing operators in Portugal, dedicated to selling tickets online for all types of events essentially through its own website, www.bol.pt. The company is the market leader in the number of tickets issued and has partnerships with most of the venues and municipalities in the country, as well as with leading event promoters. BOL provides support in ticket management and commercialization, event promotion, and access control. CREST acquired BOL with SIC and the Management team - a partnership expected to deliver significant synergies to the business. Founded in 1991, BOL is currently managed by Ricardo Nuno and Rita Nuno, son and daughter of the founders, who will continue to manage the business and will retain a relevant equity stake. ?? The Impresa group is the Portuguese media group with the highest number of television channels broadcasting abroad: 7. SIC Internacional reaches 10 million viewers worldwide through cable, satellite, and IPTV.
