With permits in hand, construction is set to begin on the first Jaggers restaurant in Greater Houston and the second in Texas at NewQuest's Grand Morton Town Center! ? The fast-casual brand, which is affiliated with Texas Roadhouse, is anticipating an early summer opening. Jaggers' 3,898-sf restaurant, featuring a drive-through lane, will be positioned on a 1.45-acre ground-leased pad site at the Grand Parkway/TX 99 entrance to Grand Morton Town Center, a 750,000-sf mixed-use development in Katy. ? "It's always exciting to get a new-to-market brand for a development," says Josh Friedlander, leasing director and development partner for NewQuest. "Jaggers will be a strong addition to Grand Morton's dining options."
