We’re thrilled to announce that Newport Medical Center exceeded our Socktober goal of collecting 600 pairs of socks to donate to our local community! Our team successfully collected 611 pairs to donate to the Cocke County Isaiah 117 House. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our staff and community members, we were able to surpass our goal and make a difference for those in need as the winter months approach. This week may be coming to an end, but the recovery from Hurricanes Helene and Milton will take a very long time. CHS hospitals in Florida were prepared for the devastating storms this week and we want to thank our?health system teams for all they did to get ready, keep patients and staff safe, and ensure quality health services remained available wherever possible.
