At the New Life After School Program, students are strengthening their social and emotional well-being through fun and creative activities. One such activity, called “Tornado,” puts an SEL twist on the classic parachute game. Led by Case Manager Malika Braz, students guess where a bean bag will land and, when it settles, pick a question from the Little Talk Card deck to spark thoughtful conversation. Through personalized case management, we help remove barriers, connect clients with essential resources, and develop tailored plans to achieve housing stability. Our services include assessments, referrals to supportive programs under HOME-ARP, and ongoing guidance to empower individuals and families toward secure, independent living.
