Thank you Justin Watson Alston Construction for the site tour today in Hemit, California. This class A warehouse by Newland Capital Group is huge at 880,000 square feet. This is the most organized and smooth running site I have walked. I had an amazing day watching the panels be tilted by Guy Yocom Construction.

My newest project has I-10 Fwy frontage! In Desert Hot Springs we're planning a 1.2M sf warehouse near Palm Dr. It'll take some vision, and a good team Hunsaker & Associates Irvine, Inc , Terra Nova Solutions, and HPA Architects to get this entitled in 2025. Newland Capital Group will get it done while navigating the sands and waters of the region.
