Last night’s SOLD OUT New Jersey CannaBusiness Association event at Galloping Hill is one of those FOMO inducing nights. A packed room of some of the most driven, passionate, and dedicated people. Centuries of collective business experience, cannabis experience, political policy, healthcare, finance, etc, all in one room. The NJCBA has built an ecosystem of support through every inch of the supply chain - plant touching and ancillary. It was a great chance to celebrate all of our collective hard work in our own initiatives, but more importantly the impact we have as a community (like that $2.50 SEEF tax baby!) If you’re not a member of the NJCBA, you’re missing the opportunity to surround yourself with incredible people and play a role in shaping the future of the NJ market. We have more power, leverage, and strength as a collective voice. The CBA has been a driving force behind a lot of the growth NJ has experienced over the last 7 years. We need more voices. We need more insight, feedback, and experience. We need to work together to ensure Jersey can continue to dominate the east coast. 2025 is going to be a big year for New Jersey. If you are a licensed operator in New Jersey, you need to join the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association. Recently, the NJCBA developed committees to create a collective voice for operators. These committees are tasked with uplifting, improving, and shaping the future of the NJ cannabis market: - Retail & Marketing - Cultivation - Labs and Testing Over the last 2.5 years of adult use, a lot of progress has been made. But there is still MUCH to be done. It is our responsibility as licensed operators to play an active role in ensuring our future is stable and secure. We meet once a month to design initiatives, share insights, and work with the State on a number of issues. By working together with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, the State Senate and Assembly, Lobbyists, etc... we can continue to build this ecosystem into something that benefits the operators, customers, patients, and state as a whole.
