Previous professional Experience ????Kent Fire and Rescue? ????1-1 Personal Trainer? ????Online Coach (own brand) Fitness Journey Started competing at the age of 18. Have currently competed in 3 shows and never placed outside the top 3 having gone on to win 2 of those shows. I continue pursuing bodybuilding and competing in Men’s Physique with the aim of achieving PCA & IFBB pro status.

Personal Journey- Went to university and studied business and marketing Had a 5 year career in project management in the banking world Started coaching at 22 and eventually went full time on my coaching business at 25 to pursue my dreams Fitness Journey- Played high level football until age 18 Fell in love with fitness and bodybuilding Competed in 2019 and 2020 at the highest UK amateur standard. Placing 1st and 2nd Had a break from bodybuilding to focus on business Returned to the stage in 2023, placing 1st in UK regional and 3rd in a european pro qualifier
