The walls of Clearfield Apartments are rising, symbolizing this year’s theme for Women in Construction Week: "Together We Rise. " A heartfelt shout-out to Tameata Jordan, senior project manager with NewCourtland, Iliana Limon, project manager with McDonald Building Company, and Kara Kray, project architect with CBP Architects, for their invaluable contributions to their respective organizations and the construction industry!

Congratulations to John Ungar, NewCourtland's Corporate Counsel and Director of Planning, for being featured in the Association of Corporate Counsel newsletter. Such a fun morning spent at the Kimmel center to celebrate Temple Health – Temple University Health System upcoming 70th Anniversary gala in May. Tameata Jordan and John Ungar attended a BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF PHILADELPHIA (BIA) event focused on real estate development in the city. The panel discussed various BIA initiatives, including collaboration with the city council to support minority developers and the expansion of "Turn The Key" projects. They addressed efforts to streamline land bank processes and highlighted a partnership with the Mayor’s Office to promote affordable housing. As a member of the BIA, NewCourtland looks forward to continuing our support in these key areas that align with our mission.
