Heart-filled gratitude post… Two and a half years ago, I took a huge leap of faith and joined NewCity - An Interactive Design Agency, to build an enrollment strategy division. This move ushered me into a new creative practice filled with talented designers, developers, writers, and project managers. This week, I connected my old experience with the new and presented on “Teaching Web Teams to Speak Enrollment” at the HighEdWeb conference. Connecting the very best of my two worlds was an honor and a real treat. Removing the silos between enrollment, marcom, and web teams is the new journey that I am on. It continues to be student-centered and has opened up new avenues for me to create opportunities for equity and access to and in higher ed.
