The Newburyport Bank Charitable Foundation has donated $3,000 to Code & Circuit, Inc., located in Amesbury, MA. At Code & Circuit, a 501c3 non-profit organization, kids learn about technology, use it to create, and have fun in the process. The organization provides a unique, hands-on, interactive approach with programs designed to inspire and encourage creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. ? The Foundation grant will help Code and Circuit to provide funding to buy needed supplies and equipment. It will also enable them to host classes that use technology/AI to guide youth in the exploration of financial literacy. Classes will guide students through entrepreneurial endeavors, whereby they learn how to start, finance, and launch their own food truck business.
