Last week, Neil Luthra and Vann Avedisian were honored by the Madison Square Park Conservancy for Newbond's enduring commitment to Madison Square Park and the vibrant Flatiron neighborhood. ? Thank you to Robert Lapidus, Hilary Spann, Holly Leicht and SL Green Realty Corp.’s Marc Holliday and Edward V. Piccinich for hosting a beautiful event at One Madison Avenue Tower’s tenant amenity space run by Chef Daniel Boulud. ? Madison Square Park Conservancy, a private nonprofit, cares for and programs this cherished urban oasis, visited by over 60,000 people daily, without any operating funds from the City, and we are incredibly grateful to be part of this fantastic community.
