I had an amazing time yesterday at New York Urban League's Annual HBCU Fair! it was amazing to see so many young people interested in attending an HBCU. Invest in your present so you can reap the benefits in your future!

Giving Back and Paying It Forward ???? This weekend, I had the honor of volunteering at the 37th Annual HBCU College Fair hosted by the New York Urban League. It was an incredible experience to connect with so many bright and driven students exploring their next chapter in life. As a proud graduate of Howard University, it was especially meaningful to share my one-of-a-kind journey and the transformative experience of attending an HBCU. It’s always inspiring to see students light up as they envision what’s possible for their futures. HBCUs are more than just schools—they are communities that foster excellence, resilience, and a lifelong connection to a legacy of greatness. I’m grateful to have had the chance to encourage the next generation of leaders to explore these opportunities and invest in their potential!

Over the weekend, the #NewYorkUrbanLeague did a thing! We held our 37th annual #NYULHBCUFair, sponsored by Wells Fargo and GEICO, and THOUSANDS of students came from near and far by bus, car, public transportation, and on foot to meet with dozens of college recruiters to get information about and to apply to college! Congratulations to every student who received on-site admission to the colleges of their choice this past Saturday. Some students walked away with one or more acceptances AND scholarship assistance. We are so proud of you and your accomplishments. Here's a snapshot from our Shout Out Corner of some of the students who are HBCU #collegebound! Thank you to the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair and every college recruiter who helped make their #highereducation dreams come true! #nyul #urbanleague #fighttodaychangetomorrow #blackscholarsmatter #blackscholars Andrea Donkor Chadwick Roberson, APMA?
