Software is an important part of the tomography pipeline and during the short course we will have a: 1. Scipion tomography pipeline demo by Jose Luis Vilas Prieto (I2PC), 2. data processing tutorial using nextPYP with Alberto Bartesaghi (Duke University), 3. sub-tomogram processing practical using WARP/RELION by Alister Burt (Genentech), 4. data annotation demo of AMIRA by Tianbo Zhai and Mark McClendon (TFS), and 5. data annotation practical using Dragonfly with Matthew Swulius (Penn State University).
